F. Dean Morgan, Esquire
Managing Attorney

I believe in a holistic approach to the practice of law. I recognize that you are MORE than just a case.  I get to know you, as a person, to ensure that you goals are being met.  I want to tell you more about me and my team.

I grew up in a poverty-stricken rural community.  My father was a truck driver.  My mom worked in retail and as a retail employee.  Both taught me the value of hard work.  I apply these lessons every day.

I am the first male in my family's history to graduate from high school.  I am the first person in my family to graduate from college.   I attended college and law school using the GI Bill after my service in the U.S. Marine Corps.  I also worked during law school while raising a young son.  I have earned everything I have and, as a result,  I know the value of a dollar and the importance of meeting goals efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
I began my career in law enforcement in 1990.   I served in law enforcement positions in California and Virginia.
I received advanced training in the field of DUI and Drug Interdiction.

While still in law school, I began my legal career with the Appellate Division of the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office in 2004.  My Appellate experience allowed me to transition to the Appellate Division of the Las Vegas, Nevada District Attorney’s Office after graduation.  While there, I was primarily responsible for Death Penalty appeals.  In addition, I worked on a number of high profile homicide cases in conjunction with the Major Crimes Unit.

I returned to Pennsylvania as a member of the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.  My experience as a prosecutor allows me to understand the inner workings of a prosecutor’s office and negotiate favorable results not only based upon the law and facts of the case, but also with respect to the prosecutor’s mindset.

After leaving the District Attorney's office, I worked for a litigation firm in York, Pennsylvania.   I represented clients in litigation, mediation, arbitration matters as well as Guardianship and Elder Law cases.  After two years, I started this firm.  Since 2010, we have experienced substantial growth.  However, our commitment remains the same:

On the first day of my practice, I wrote these words:  "I want to treat my clients as I would expect to be treated.  I want to meet their goals and celebrate their success."   I still believe that should be the guiding principle of this practice.
